Penelope's Guesthouse is a hidden gem in a quiet residential area just outside the bustling city. The attention to detail in the rooms is superb, with fresh flowers adding a touch of elegance. The communal areas are clean and comfortable, and the addition of a communal honesty fridge and microwave was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast spread, served on a shaded patio with an array of fresh fruits and a cozy log fire nearby, was simply delightful.
All was perfect during our stay.

Located among the wineries in a quiet residential area, this guesthouse offers a peaceful retreat away from the city center. The rooms are clean and bright with balconies and access to a shared kitchen. The hosts make visitors feel like family, providing excellent service, delicious breakfasts, and useful suggestions for things to do in the area.
The location may be a bit inconvenient for those without a car, as it is not within walking distance of the town center.

The hotel's decoration is simply exquisite, with elegant furniture, beautiful artwork, and soft color schemes that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lounge and dining areas, are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. There were no stairs to climb, and the hallways and doorways were wide enough for me to navigate easily with my walking aid. It made my stay incredibly convenient and comfortable.
I would only ask for the children working there to provide more assistance to senior guests.

Penelope'S Stellenbosch Bed & Breakfast in Stellenbosch was the perfect choice for my business trip. The hotel, chosen by my director, exceeded all expectations. The highlight of my stay was definitely the outdoor pool and sun terrace. Surrounded by a private garden, it provided a tranquil oasis where I could relax and unwind after a busy day of meetings. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the sun terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It truly was a delightful experience.
Nothing for me.

We loved the hotel's location near the wineries and not far from the town center. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the facilities were excellent, including the pool. The breakfast had a great selection of cheese, muesli, and coffee, served outside when the weather was nice. The staff was friendly and gave fantastic advice on things to do in the area.
Nothing, it is perfect.

This guesthouse was a little piece of paradise in a quiet, safe residential area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with tips on what to do, where to eat, and what to see. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and eggs cooked to your liking, and the garden with a small pool was a great spot to relax in between exploring the city. The room was large, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The lack of fly screens in the room, which resulted in a few pesky mosquitoes. However, this was a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things and did not detract from our overall positive experience.

Great accommodation and breakfast in a perfect location for a romantic escape. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony overlooking a stunning garden and swimming pool. The bed made for an incredibly cozy and enjoyable rest. Breakfast was delicious and served al fresco in a beautiful terrace with a gorgeous view of picturesque surroundings.
The staff appeared to lack experience and professionalism, which led to some unpleasant moments. On arrival, we had to wait for a while, and the check-in took an extremely long time, affecting our mood.
